Terms of Sale

You agree to these terms when you purchase a product or service on Prompt-Inc.com or purchase items directly from Prompt Communications Limited or Prompt Inc. sales team.

Placing an Order

You may place an order for services on our website at any time.

We will send you an email to confirm the details of your order once your payment has been verified and your order has been processed.

Where appropriate you should be able to access the service/s by following the link/s displayed on the order confirmation. You will be able to login directly through the company website with the login and password provided.

Service Providers

All services will be supplied by the Prompt Communications Limited (company registration number 04775821) and Prompt Inc.

Payment

Payment for the Services will be taken through our secure, third-party payment provider. We will receive payment when our provider confirms that the transaction has been completed.

Prices

The price(s) of our services and products are displayed on our website. When an order is placed those prices are valid through the agreed upon/purchased service period. Unless stated otherwise, all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel any order for a product or service you have purchased within 14 days of placing an order – by contacting us at concierge@prompt-inc.com or calling us at +44 207 097 3129 with your request. You will receive a refund within 14 days of your request providing you have not accessed the services or used the product.

We consider that a service has been accessed when you’ve started an online course or have downloaded any content that is part of a service you have paid for.

If you are not happy with the service/s because for example you believe the service differs from what is stated on our website or because you can’t access the service, please contact us so we can try to put things right. If you are still unhappy with the service, we will consider your refund request in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
